I was recently asked to create a buffet for 30 people to be delivered to a school for all of the teachers to enjoy during their mid-morning break, it was a special gift from the he adteacher to say thank you for being amazing. I thought what a lovely idea and after costing and creating I decided to add it to my menu list. A lovely range of pastries, sweet treats, fruits and cheeses. Beautifully arranged and delivered in my personal collection of baskets and boards. Award-winning catering created in my five star rated kitchen.
