Guiding Young Women to Recognize Their Light and Lead with Purpose The Bougiewild Beams Mentorship Program is a life-shaping experience designed for young ladies ages 16–24 who are ready to grow, heal, and step into their power. Led by Yolanda J. Crump, known as Bougiewild, this mentorship program provides guidance, wisdom, and real conversations that help young women build confidence, self-awareness, and purpose. As a mentor, I serve from a place of truth and transparency — sharing lessons from my own journey of overcoming fear, doubt, and insecurity. My mission is to help young women break free from limitations, embrace authenticity, and recognize the greatness within.
