It follows a government mandated set of guidelines, particularly that whiske y must be distilled on site (no sourcing), must be at least four years old and of the same distilling ‘season’, and bottled at 50% abv. Our Boulder Spirits Bottled In Bond Bourbon is exactly all of those criteria: distilled, aged, and bottled in Boulder, Colorado, aged for 4 years, and bottled at 50%. This expression of our whiskey leads with notes of apple, banana, and bubblegum, followed by a palate of cedar, salted toffee and rhubarb. The finish tells of black tea, walnut and applewood smoke.
