Bouldering Fundamentals is a class for those brand new to climbing as well as those with minor experience visiting gyms. During your first visit, the instructor will provide a gym safety orientation, deliver bouldering concepts, introduce different hold types, grip positions, basic movement techniques, and explain how bouldering grades work! If you’re new to climbing, we want to make sure that you have the best experience possible. All you have to do is show up, and we’ll take care of you. You’ll do great, we promise!The 120 minute Fundamentals class will provide a basis for your ongoing practice. Learn the basics of bouldering in a small-group setting with a maximum ratio of 1:8. Meet new climbers and receive expert advice on how to make tweaks and important corrections to your climbing technique. Includes: Shoe & Chalk rental Whether it is for fun, to get in shape or to explore a new activity, a wide variety of challenges are waiting for you. *Shoe sizes available range from 3.5 through 14
