Join artist and educator Sam for a hands-on journey into the timeless craft of bookmaking. Saturday, November 14th, from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Join Sam at The Hive for this welcoming workshop, and explore the timeless craft of bookmaking. Using recycled, new, and antique paper and collage materials, you’ll produce one large or two smaller bound books in a supportive, collaborative environment! What you'll learn and create: Learn the fundamentals of book arts Master essential binding techniques Create unique hand-bound books that reflect your individual style and vision to take home. Perfect for those already interested in bookbinding, but also incredibly beginner friendly! All materials provided! No prior experience necessary.
