About This is my most detailed and complicated floral piece to date and took about 13 hours to paint. Because I believe in community and in using reference pictures taken by real people (not AI) who are passionate about their subjects, I am an active participant on Reddit and numerous flower-specific subreddits. I came across a stunning picture in r/florists, taken by u/barbie_dreamzz and asked them if I could paint it; they happily agreed.
