For this special batch, we aged our Brazil Cerrado beans with one of our favorite bourbons, allowing the coffee to absorb the rich, aromatic character of the barrel-aged spirit. The result is an exceptionally smooth, 100% Arabica medium-bodied coffee with layered notes of cacao, subtle bourbon sweetness, and a comfortably full finish that lingers beautifully. The natural cacao tones of the Brazil Cerrado pair perfectly with the warm, sweet character of the bourbon, creating a cup that feels rich, balanced, and just a little indulgent.
