{Bourbon/Firewood} Last year, I visited a bourbon distillery and a kind tour guide let me stick my nose right into a used bourbon barrel. Oh my word—what a scent! To re-create the scent, I combined bourbon and a strong smoky fragrance oil. The combination works well together with a top note of vanilla bourbon and a bottom note of smoke.
