Beautiful 1800's antique French box or trunk. If only this early paper-covered box could talk. I am sure it has a lot of history. This is an antique wallpapered box with hints of a nother paper layer and linen peeping from below the top layer. This beauty has old labels on the back. There are stenciled numbers on the lid and it is lined with old paper. The box measures 14.75" x 8" x 7.5". This is a lovely antique piece that can store a lot of goodies. Truly a rare antique French papered box. There is age-related wear to the paper as to be expected given its age of 125+ years. A wonderful box. Please email me with questions. Show more
