“BOX” is a multi-purpose container designed to make everyday miscellaneous objects appear beautiful. Utilizing the traditional kakumono woodworking techniques of Echizen lacquerwar e, its angles have been carefully refined to create a clean, contemporary form. When viewed from above, its parallelogram shape strikes a delicate balance—eye-catching yet never overpowering. By subtly breaking the conventional perspective of right-angled forms, this abstract box introduces a gentle sense of intrigue. Minimal in appearance yet highly expressive, it frames whatever is placed inside much like a picture frame, bringing a surprising sense of harmony to even the most ordinary items.
