I have been working on this recipe for a long time, and after extensive testing have it perfected, I truly belie ve you will love this as much as I do. Your horse will thank you as well. BPE Nourish Skin Repair Ointment comes in a 150ml or 250ml plastic tub with screw on lid. This ointment is suitable for animals to nourish the skin and heal irritations, such a Qld itch, rainscald, small scrapes, scars, dry skin and to encourage hair regrowth with minimal scaring and white hairs. It's great to apply to old scars to soften and reduce them. A little goes a long way so this 150ml pot will last you some time. Use sparingly and rub well into the affected area daily until the desired result has been achieved. After applying to your horse or pony, just rub your hands together to nourish your own skin, you deserve it too. Best applied to clean, dry skin. Please ensure you spot test to make sure your horse is not sensitive. If an irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately. For eternal equine use only, use caution around the eyes. Use caution in summer as this product is oil based and may cause sunburn. Store out of the sun in a cool dry area. BPE Nourish skin repair ointment contains the following active ingredients; Argan Butter - made with Argan oil and Shea Butter, is used to improve moisturization and soften rough, dry skin. It reduces inflammation and boasts skin healing. Argan Butter also provides powerful conditioning and strengthening benefits to dehydrated hair, and restores dry skin. It is rich in Vitamin A and E. Beeswax - The anti-inflammatory properties of beeswax encourage the healing of wounds. It is also protective, helping form a barrier between the skin and the environment without clogging pores. It is high in vitamin A, which has been found to support cell reconstruction and health. Beeswax has been found to help soothe and facilitate the healing of abrasions. It prevents harmful bacteria from entering the body through chapped and broken skin and it provides the skin with a layer of protection against external irritants. It's great for treating scrapes, minor cuts, minor wounds, and burns, among other abrasions. Aloe Vera - is renowned for its many beneficial properties and has been used for treating skin complaints since ancient times. Aloe Vera is soothing to burns, stings, rashes and other skin irritations. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, Aloe Vera is also noted for its effectiveness in reducing pain and swelling. Its nourishing, anti-fungal and antibacterial properties also make Aloe Vera a great natural treatment for itchy skin and dry hair. Lemon Myrtle - boasts potent antibacterial and antifungal properties which can help soothe skin conditions such as mud fever and rain scald. The antimicrobial, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties within Lemon Myrtle Oil work together to help ease muscle pain and inflammation, not to mention it smells amazing and is native to Australia. Lavender - Really needs no introduction as a well known super oil. Used topically, Lavender Essential Oil has been shown to reduce pain and enhance blood circulation, which in turn promotes healing. It boasts naturally cleansing and detoxifying properties which also make it incredibly beneficial for dry, sensitive and irritated skin, and promotes scar reduction. Rosehip Oil contains a high percentage of essential fatty acids, omega-3 & 6 and vitamin A, and is well known for its healing & regenerating properties. It has been proven beneficial and extremely effective in the treatment of scars, inflamed skin conditions, dry skin and burns. It is also an effective anti-inflammatory and may assist with reducing itchy, dry and irritated skin conditions.
