The Bracelet Bead Counter allows you to easily keep track of repetitions while practicing. Put the bracelet on your left wrist with your arm in play position. Adjust so beads hang comfortably. After each repetition, move one bead down, beginning with the lowest bead. When all 10 repetitions are done, move beads one at a time to the top so you are ready to do more repetitions.
