The Braid Sofa by Ariake is inspired by patterns found in traditional Japanese bamboo construction and tatami mats. Repetitive sticks across the back and papercord braided armrests are combined with classic Danish cabinetmaking techniques - creating a deep, low sofa that is incredibly comfortable.
