Our 4" extruder dies are crafted from 1/2" HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), ensuring exceptional wear resistance and total non-contamination. The die cavities feature a beveled to p edge, compacting clay for a precise, solid extrusion. Hollow dies boast interior and exterior bevels under each side of the bracket, aiding the extrusion to "heal" post-cutting. The bracket, fitting into a slot atop the hollow die, is secured by the extruder's barrel. Mounting a hollow die ensures precise positioning and even wall thickness.
