The Bramber is a high low bed built for nursing and assisted care. The whole bed raises and lowers, bringing the sleeping surface up to a working height of 40cm for a carer and back down to a safe, low height for the person using it. Features Full height adjustment. The bed rises to 40cm for care and transfers, then lowers to reduce the risk and impact of a fall. Back rest adjustment. Raises the head and shoulders so you can sit up to read, watch television or eat comfortably. Leg rest adjustment. Lifts the legs to take pressure off the hips and lower back and help with circulation. Zero gravity. A preset position that raises the head and legs above the heart, spreading body weight evenly and easing pressure on the spine. 5 part adjustable movement. The sleeping surface splits into five sections that move together, following the natural bend of the body rather than folding at a single hinge. Cost effective and functional.
