We take a 3 year-old lowland, blended Scottish Whisky and steep it with rich and mellow blackberries. A little sugar added to the mixture encourages the fruit to give up its’ deep, dark secrets over a period of months, ultimately making a product that allows its’ base spirit to shine alongside the fruity tones of the hedgerow jewels.
