Karen Best was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta and moved to Revelstoke, British Columbia to be close to the mountains a number of years ago. Karen is a graduate of Alberta Coll ege of Art and Design. She is also a founding member of a prominent art group in Calgary, Alberta. She works with a variety of different mediums either from photography, fabric painting to water colours and acrylics. Her main subject matter is nature and animals. Karen is lucky enough to be able to have an outdoor job, but also in her spare time she is exploring, analyzing, or just being apart of nature’s beauty. Karen is very excited to share her own vision and perspective of nature with the viewer. She also hopes the viewer enjoys a little part of Karen. Show more
