See below for some quick notes on setup fees.For a more detailed look into setup fees click here Our branding setups are a one off fee charged to setup & sample or mockup your artwork for approval prior to bulk production. You will not need to pay the setup fee on repeat orders providing your artwork & branding method remains unchanged from your original order. Unfortunately setting up your artwork & preparing mockups, strike offs & samples is a time consuming process. Our production team does not start work on your artwork until your deposit has been received. In many instances we create a physical sample or strike off of your artwork for approval prior to production. Please refer to the individual branding pages for setup fee inclusions & artwork requirements based on your chosen branding method. Once your artwork is ready for approval a photo of the physical sample or mockup will be emailed to you for approval prior to production starting. In the case of a physical sample you can also pop in & see the sample in person or we can mail it out to you for approval. Please note physical branding samples are prepared on sampling fabric. This fabric will not be the same as your garment fabric. However, your artwork colours, along with the size, will be an exact reproduction of how your final branding will look in bulk production. To achieve the best outcome for your artwork in most cases we require your artwork in EPS format with the fonts created to outlines. You can read more about why we require this by clicking here. If you have your artwork in a proper EPS file then you don't need to add a Vector File Creation because it is easier for our production team to work with your artwork. If you do not have your artwork in an EPS file then you need to add a Vector File Creation in addition to a branding setup as we will need to redraw your logo into an EPS file before we can start to work with it. Setup fees apply to all new artwork and / or new branding methods. For example if you've previously paid an embroidery setup fee for your logo to be setup as an embroidery, but on your next order decide to add a print, then you will need to pay a new setup fee to setup the print. If in the future you place a new order for embroidery using the same design as per your previous order, then you will not pay a setup fee as the artwork has already been setup, approved & stored in our machine for future use.
