Item Description:Descend into the labyrinth of legend in Brandish, a dark, dungeon-crawling action RPG developed by Nihon Falcom and published by Koei for the SNES. You play as Ares Toraernos, a warrior trapped beneath the surface after a mysterious collapse, forced to battle through twisting mazes and deadly monsters to reach the light above — all while being hunted by the vengeful sorceress Dela Delon. Featuring a distinctive rotating 3D map system, Brandish offers a unique perspective on dungeon exploration, challenging players to navigate treacherous corridors, solve puzzles, and master real-time combat in a claustrophobic fantasy world. The game’s atmospheric music, intricate level design, and sense of isolation make it a standout experience in the SNES library. A cult classic among Falcom fans, Brandish combines the studio’s signature storytelling and challenge-driven gameplay, laying the groundwork for many of the action RPG mechanics that would define the genre in later years. Rare, ambitious, and distinct — Brandish remains a hidden treasure for collectors and RPG enthusiasts alike.
