Wisconsin does old fashioneds a little different. A lot of folks would say their version is odd, or maybe just wrong! But viewed through a different lens - don't expect a classic O F here - there's a lot of deliciousness to enjoy in the Wisconsin-style Brandy Old Fashioned! Ingredients: ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup 2 oz brandy 2 dashes aromatic bitters ¼ oz lemon juice 1 oz club soda maraschino cherry orange wheel Instructions: Muddle cherry, orange and syrup in a mixing glass Add remaining ingredients with ice and stir for 20 seconds Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice top with club soda Glass: rocks Garnish: maraschino cherry Photo: Scott Kallstrand Show more
