Decking handrail bracket in brass. Can be used for securing 24mm - 28mm decking rope. Includes four screws for attaching the bracket to decking post. We recommend Synthetic Hemp fo r decking and stair handrails as it does not shrink or expand. Manila rope will swell and shrink by around ten percent when wet. Due allowance should be made for this when fixing Manila decking rope. Do not wet Manila rope before fitting as the rope will swell and become difficult to insert through your brass brackets and other fittings. When cutting the rope twist as tight as possible then secure tightly with electrical or carpet tape and cut with a sharp knife or rope cutters. These brass brackets are not suitable for use with 28mm Sisal rope. Show more
