It is a combination of copper and Zinc. It is ideally suited for applications where strength, good corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and non-sparking characteristics are important. It offers good corrosion resistance to many chemical corrodents as well as industrial atmospheres and marine environments. Used widely for decorative purposes when polished because of its smooth, shiny gold-like appearance. Brass Flat Sheet can be used as splashbacks, rangehood flues, worktops, in sinks, bathroom and household equipment, in balustrades, sculptures and artwork. This brass flat sheet product is Alloy C26000. It can be supplied at standard sizes as listed, or we can custom cut to your desired size.
