Best prepared slowly over the stove in a traditional Dzezva, the grounds remain in the coffee and quickly set at the bottom – you can even have them read! We are one of the only roasters in Sydney to use traditional stone grinders imported from Eastern Europe for all our European Speciality Coffee.
