12 beers, from one of the UK's favourite Lager and Pilsner specialists Braybrooke started with three friends, a shared love of German lager, and one simple aim: make really good, p roper lager. Luke, Nick and Cam brought decades of food and drink experience between them, and travels in Germany that led to a chance meeting with Stephan Michel, owner of the 350-year-old Mahrs Brau in Bamberg. He pointed them toward the right malt, hop and yeast suppliers, and they've been brewing on Braybrooke Farm outside Market Harborough ever since. This box leans into what they do best: clean, cold-conditioned Lager and Pilsner styles. Keller has been their flagship since 2017, Helles is their sessionable bestseller, and Cold IPA is a west coast-style beer, double dry hopped. The one to watch is Single Hop Pilsner, a limited edition never brewed before.
