Nikolas De Queiroz Elias is an experimentally processed Brazilian coffee, using an induced fermentation to enhance complexity and sweetness in the cup. Roasted to a medium-dark lev el, the coffee develops a rich, full-bodied profile with notes of dark chocolate, ripe cherry, caramel and toasted hazelnut. The fermentation adds depth and fruit character, while the roast brings out a rounded sweetness and smooth, lingering finish. Show more
