A more “traditional” coffee, Brazil Peaberry is roasting to a medium bodied coffee with a low acidity. This gives a nice coffee flavor with no aftertaste. Flavors of dark chocolate , and brown sugar when really fresh will yield to some nutty flavors as well as hints of raisins as the beans or grounds rest for a few days after roasting. Show more
