Pour 8 oz. of hot water, just below boiling (195-205°F (90-96°C). Let it steep from a minimum of 2 minutes, ideally 5 minutes, even up to 15 minutes if you want to maximize the concentration of nutritional value and or taste of the tea. Straining the tea powder is optional. If you choose to strain, you can do so into another cup using a tight mesh metal strainer or coffee filter. Enjoy the tea while it is still warm.
