Description: During the busy farm season we eat a lot of sausages. They're quick and easy to make and are always delicious. Because we eat so many sausages I would consider ourselv es sausage connoisseurs, which is fancy talk for sausage experts. We scoured the Kootenays to find the best sausage makers and these were our favorite ones. These sausages are made in Castlegar by You Silly Sausage and by Granby Butcher shop out of Grand Forks.
