Traditionally Used Herbs Fennel – Traditionally used by breastfeeding mothers and valued for its aromatic flavour. Fenugreek – One of the most well-known traditional herbs used during breastfeeding. Oat Straw – Naturally rich in minerals and traditionally used as a nourishing herb. Nettle – A mineral-rich herb traditionally included in postpartum herbal blends.
