Tips Diffuse Breathe Ease, add to an aromatherapy inhaler, or inhale directly from the bottle for quick relief when you feel stuffy. Apply topically to the chest and neck area to help calm a cough or breathing troubles. Breathe Ease Room Mist 75 drops Breathe Ease 4 ounces Distilled Water Add the essential oil blend to a 4-ounce fine mist spray bottle, then fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water. Shake before each use. Liberally spritz around the room as needed to open your airways and promote open breathing. You can refill the water 2-3 times before refilling the oil. Breathe Ease Chest Rub 1/2 cup Carrier Oil 2 Tbsp Beeswax Pastilles 40 drops Breathe Ease Melt the beeswax pastilles with the carrier oil in a double boiler over low heat.
