This work is part of my ongoing Breathlines series. It begins with intuitive charcoal marks and very liquid brushstrokes, where diluted paint is placed in drippy gestures using wid e brushes, establishing a rhythm guided by breath and movement. The painting develops through slower layers of brushwork, allowing forms to gradually emerge, merge, and dissolve over time.Saturated colour intensifies and disperses, creating moments of presence within a shifting surface. Working in dialogue with music, I approach painting as a temporal process shaped by repetition and release, exploring interconnectedness and emergence through relational, fluid form. Show more
