Our breeching has solid brass fittings and is made from high grade leather, with the butt and croup sections felt lined. Ideal for mules and pack horses. Breeching is almost always necessary when fitting mules, who are "slab" sided. It will prevent the saddle from going over the shoulder of the mule on a steep drop-off. There are horses that are also slab-sided, and a breeching is a good idea for them as well, especially if they are wearing a pack saddle. Colors black or brown.
