This unique, personalized design helps ensure an effective cold compression therapy session, which has shown to improve patient outcomes and enhance patient comfort. These insulated pads are designed to go directly on your skin, so there is no need to use a cumbersome barrier. The design of the Breg VPULSE system makes it especially effective for many patients to reduce pain and edema to optimize patient recovery. When used in combination with DVT Sequential Cuffs, VPULSE Pads lower the incidence of VTE after major orthopedic surgery. VTE is the leading factor for hospital readmission following major orthopedic surgery. Please note that the DVT Sequential Cuffs are sold separately. These pads are ONLY compatible with the Breg WAVE and VPULSE systems. They ARE NOT compatible with the Breg Cube, Kodiak, Glacier, or Cub models.
