Some specs: 48mm stainless steel case Manual wind Venus 188 movement Serviced and running perfectly All original dial and hands Circa 1970 Canvas strap Watch only Unfiltered opinion: In 1970 having a watch with 48mm would be so uncommon it’s hard to imagine someone wearing this without being a professional aviator or something connected to that area of work. This watch is a perfect representation of what Breitling used to be. A maker of watches intended for a professional use and specially very connected to aviation. This particular example is one of the finest I’ve ever seen with a really amazing condition set of dial and hands with its original colors still shining bright. If you like them big and bold this is as good as it gets. A fantastic condition and all original Breitling chronograph from the early 70’s at a great price.
