Our Brew Glitter® products contain various mica powder pigments and undergo a specific manufacturing process that makes the mineral edible and consumable. Common ingredients in edible glitters or dusts may include acacia (gum arabic), maltodextrin, cornstarch, and color additives specifically approved for food use, including mica-based pearlescent pigments and FD&C colors such as FD&C Blue No. 1. Importantly, our products are free of Red Dye No. 3. The FDA has approved all ingredients used in our edible glitters and dusts based on FDA-approved ingredients and usage levels.
