The Blichmann BrewVision Extension Cable is meant to extend the range of the BrewVision Thermometer by allowing you to place the transmitter in a more convenient location so as not to reduce it's range. The BrewVision Thermometer does NOT require line of sight to function, however walls and other obstacles will reduce it's range.
