This unique thermowell fitting is has the probe offset from the center of the fitting, leaving room for additional hardware such as the BrewBuilt Whirlpool Return Fitting. Pairing the two fittings allows you to recirculate wort in your boil kettle while still getting temperature readings from your thermometer or temperature probe.
