About the course: This workshop is perfect for the home enthusiast who wants to improve their skills using the 3 most common brewing methods. This very practical course will teach you to understand the difference among Percolation, Immersion and Pressure and the benefits of controlling them according to the chose coffee. To ensure the best service, we limit participation to a maximum of 1 Person per session. All coffees used in the training are specialty grade coffee and they are roasted in house by Specialty Cafetiere. The course will include: Introduction to barista equipment - gain familiarity with the essential barista tools and equipment Learn the importance of a brewing recipe and how to modify it.
