All the included hardware is either Tri-Clover or NPT, allowing it to be easily assembled and disassembled making cleaning and system alterations fast and easy. It is designed to allow the easy collection of moisture while brewing. This is particularly important in an electric brewing system that are stored indoors or in a confined space.When brewing in these circumstances brewers often struggle with how to deal with the steam created, especially during the boiling process. Although installing fans is a solution not everyone has the ability to do so, for those who are looking for an alternative this steam condenser is perfect for their brewing system. Having a solution to handle the steam is important, otherwise moisture collects on your walls and ceiling, potentially causing mold issues.It is designed to attach to 35L or 65L BrewZilla Brewing Systems with the use of the AlcoEngine Pure Distilling Lid and Stainless Steel Tri-Clover Weldless Bulkhead Fitting - 2" TC. The End Cap can be removed to add brewing salts or hops as well as other brewing essentials during the boil. Please be aware that there will be hot steam when removing the End Cap, as such it is recommended that heatproof gloves are used. Not doing so can result in serious scalding.The Spray head can condense 1.6L per minute while connected to 100 PSI water main.
