A daily moisturizer has one job: sit on your face all day without causing problems, while quietly keeping it hydrated and protected. Brickell's Daily Essential Face Moisturizer does exactly that - and does it for every skin type. The formula is lightweight and oil-free, which means it absorbs fast and doesn't add shine on oily skin, but it's substantive enough to prevent the tightness and flaking that dry skin gets by midday. The base is organic aloe and rooibos, with DMAE for light firming action, green and white tea for antioxidant protection, and a full panel of botanical extracts that make this more than just a basic hydration product. It's not glamorous on paper, but it's the kind of moisturizer you stop thinking about because it just works. For most men, it's the right one to start with. Who's It For All skin types - including oily, dry, combination, and sensitive. The go-to Brickell moisturizer for guys starting a skincare routine or looking for a reliable daily hydrator that won't clog pores or leave a greasy finish. Key Benefits Oil-Free Hydration - Lightweight formula absorbs quickly and keeps the face hydrated through the day without adding shine or clogging pores. DMAE Firming Action - Dimethylaminoethanol is a natural compound that supports skin firmness by helping underlying facial muscles contract - a subtle anti-ageing effect without the weight of a dedicated anti-ageing cream. Green & White Tea Antioxidants - Dual-tea protection shields the skin from environmental damage and free radicals that accelerate the visible signs of ageing. Rooibos Soothing - South African botanical that calms sensitivity and redness, making this formula suitable for reactive and easily-irritated skin. Hyaluronic Acid & MSM - Work together to draw moisture into the skin and support the structural proteins that keep skin looking full and firm. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) - Reduces pore appearance, controls oil production, and helps even out skin tone with consistent use. Scent Profile Light and herbal - a subtle blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, and lemongrass essential oils. Fresh rather than strong, appropriate for daily use. Key Ingredients Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis)* - Provides hydration, soothes sensitivity, and forms the moisture-rich base of the formula. Rooibos Extract (Aspalathus Linearis)* - Anti-inflammatory South African botanical that calms redness and supports skin recovery. DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) - Natural compound that supports skin firmness and reduces the appearance of sagging. Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis)* - A plant-derived oil that mirrors the skin's own sebum, helping to restore the moisture barrier. Green Tea Extract (Camellia Sinensis)* - Rich in antioxidants that protect against environmental stressors and brighten the complexion over time. White Tea Leaf (Camellia Sinensis)* - Complementary antioxidant extract that supports skin resilience and reduces visible redness. Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate) - Draws and retains moisture in the skin throughout the day. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) - Reduces pore size, controls sebum production, and evens skin tone. White Willow Bark Extract (Salix Alba)* - Provides gentle exfoliating action and anti-inflammatory support that keeps the skin surface clear. How To Use After cleansing (and toning if using the Balancing Toner), apply a pea-sized amount to the face and neck. Work in upward circular motions until fully absorbed. Use morning and evening. Apply sunscreen over the top during daytime use. Why MASC Recommends This The Daily Essential is Brickell's most versatile moisturizer and one we often recommend to guys who are just starting to take their skin seriously. It covers the fundamentals - hydration, antioxidant protection, gentle firming - without overcomplicating anything. If you're building a Brickell routine from scratch, this is where the moisturizer slot starts.
