This amount is fully redeemable on any purchases over $150 during your visit and you're welcome to use this on yourself or as a way to treat your guest. Bookings: Upon booking, you’ll be asked to complete a brief questionnaire, allowing us to tailor our assistance to your needs on the day. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately and a reminder a few days before your appointment. Should you need any assistance or wish to reschedule, simply reply to the email. Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or store credit for your deposit. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show, we will provide store credit as a courtesy.
