Our red blend is made from grapes grown in Ontario and crafted and aged on the west coast. The climate is slightly less warm than the Okanagan in Ontario, however, the growing seas on is longer, allowing more time for the grapes to slowly develop their flavor profile with more complex and delicate characteristics. Furthermore, warm days and cool nights in the appellation result in wines that have a balance of sweetness and acidity. Show more
