Compared to the standard Rainbow chard, this variety shows an improved range of colors and a higher proportion of striped stalks. Bright Lights Swiss chard produces tender, deeply savoyed leaves that have excellent flavor and are perfect for both salads (baby leaves) and braising (full-size leaves).
