Bright Soul Studio promotes self-care, wellbeing, growth, consciousness and community through movement, breath, sound, mindfulness, and fitness. We believe in the power of coming t ogether and sharing the benefits of moving our bodies, quieting our minds and nurturing our souls. In coming to Bright Soul Studio, you can expect to be treated with respect, integrity and care and experience deep transformative practices, wholesome teachers and a fun energising environment. Our space is offering a wide range of weekly classes, workshops and events offered on a thirteen-week rotation, following the seasons. Each one of them is held by a passionate and caring teacher or facilitator. We are fortunate to have many talented people in our community eager to share their knowledge and passion. We are also very excited to bring you other teachers, facilitators and artists from afar that you might not overwise have the opportunity to experience. Here are some examples of what you can expect to find at Bright Soul Studio: yoga, dance, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and circles.
