Brightwater begins with organic e vaporated sugar cane juice, organic molasses, wine yeast, and pure Sebago Lake water. Double distilled in our small-batch, copper pot still, this smooth and flavorful rum mellows in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 3 months before it flows into the world. Brightwater’s hibiscus, cacao and lemongrass notes play well in cocktails like daiquiris and mojitos, but this is one silver rum smooth enough to sip on its own.
