MicroBacter Clean Dosing Directions for Marine Aquariums Shake well immediately before use. Mix the appropriate dose with 250 ml or about 8 fl. oz. of aquarium water in a clean container before adding it to the aquarium. Best results are often achieved by adding the mixture to external biological filtration. Do not add to pump intake ports. Turn protein skimming and UV sterilization off for 4 hours after dosing. For normal cleaning, dose 20 ml per 25 US gallons weekly. For problem aquariums or faster cleaning, dose 30 ml per 25 US gallons on the first day, then 5 ml per 25 US gallons daily for 2 weeks or longer as needed.
