Not as popular or well known as Turbot, but Brill is usually great value for money and many prefer it for its sweet, delicate flavour. Our Fresh Brill are caught off the UK's South West Coast and are hand-prepared by our fishmongers, supplied oven ready direct to your door. Available in two sizes. Available in 3 sizes Each pack contains either: Regular - 100g to 150g x 2 (Serves 2) Medium - 150g to 200g x 2, (Serves 2 to 3) Large - 350g to 450g x 2, (Serves 4 to 5) Boneless fillets, skin on Serves 2 to 5 (depending on box size ordered) Suitable for freezing As a fresh caught product, due to many different factors such as bad weather conditions and seasonality, product may occasionally be substituted with a similar alternative - we will always notify you of this.
