This brioche hat is the best way to learn brioche for the first time. Surprisingly, using two colors makes it easier to understand the different stitches, and working in the round simplifies the pattern. Brioche is a squishy, two-sided fabric which means this hat is reversible! Each side has a different dominant color. Black & white hat pictured is Adult Large size.
