This top-down shawl is knit with four skeins of West Wool Bicycle and two balls of Schoppel-Wolle Zauberball Crazy for the self-striping contrast colour. Increases in the centre form the wide two-colour brioche section with simple garter stitch framing the centre ribbing. The garter stitch gives a relaxing break from the brioche rhythm as you knit this seamless pattern. The simple stitch combination produces a completely reversible shawl, so you can see the main colour more on the right side or enjoy the colourful Spincycle yarn more on the wrong side. The top-down construction and short pattern repeat make this pattern easy to customise. Simply bind off early for a smaller shawl or keep knitting until you achieve the shlanket of your dreams! Yarn that is dyed in batches may have some variation in colour between skeins taken from different lots.
