A love letter to Oeste's hometown, Brisa is inspired by the hills of Los Feliz in Los Angeles. It's a mix of sweet jasmine and orange blossom blowing in the evening breeze. Oeste i s a celebration of Latin American heritage expressed through candles with uniquely composed fragrances. Candles are hand poured in small batches using a blend of coconut and soy wax.
